Community Housing Information

Kersey Housing Assessment (2023)
Overview

The assessment will identify community housing needs, offer strategies to address the needs, and provide recommendations on how Kersey can confront pressing issues with workforce housing, senior housing, and other needs in the community.

Recommendations will be guided from extensive community engagement and discussions with local stakeholders. Data, best practices, and community input will be used to inform and guide the narrative and recommendations of the final report.

The goal is to understand the best way to increase available housing, consistent with Kersey’s small town character for people who live and work in Kersey.
