Park Shelter Reservation Permit Application

Steps

  1. 1. Step One
  2. 2. GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS REGARDING PARK SHELTER RESERVATIONS
  • Step One

    1. We have two (2) shelters available for reservation, the shelter West of the playground at Kohler Park (next to Town Hall) and the shelter at Centennial Park. Both also have restrooms, although if your reservation is early enough in the spring at Centennial Park, please check to see if they have been turned on for the season. Parks are always open to the public on a first-come first-serve basis. Shelter fees are $25 for resident and $50 non-resident plus an additional $75 deposit. Deposits are returned as long as the shelter is left in good condition for the next user. Please allow up to two weeks for deposits to be returned. Please call Town Hall at 970-353-1681 to confirm availability and pay fees. This permit must be in the possession of the person conducting the event on location and shall be shown to any official of the Town of Kersey upon demand. Shelters only are reserved - park use is on a first come, first serve basis.

    2. This permit is only complete once the fee(s) are paid and the 'Office Use Only" section is signed by a Town staff.
